Vat Dispersion is a fine dispersion of vat dyestuff because of excellent brightness. It is mainly suitable for discharge prints by dischargeable dyes cellulose fabric. It also suitable for textile printing on cellulosic fabric like cotton, rayon, viscose staple, cuprammonium rayon etc.
Printed cloth should be dried well at 55°C & Steaming is carried out continuously in rapid ager (10-15) Minutes or star ager (25 mints) in complete absence of air with moist at 101°c-103°c under pressure.
After oxidating rinsed well and soaped at warm
3 Gms / Lit Soap.
2 Gms / Lit Soda Ash.
(Viscose Fabrics at 80°C.) than wash and dried cloth.
