Technology And Quality Control

We at Aaakshi believe in quality over everything else as it is completely non-negotiable and is considered everyone’s responsibility. Every employee is continuously trained and guided for the same.

We have set up quality control checks at every stage of production. Product passes through various checkpoints from raw material standardization to powder and surfactants technicalities. Everything is checked before proceeding to production. During production, all standardized tests are done before packaging.

The Internet of Things (IoT) connects devices, machines, and sensors across the manufacturing environment, providing real-time insights into production processes. By leveraging IoT data, QC teams can monitor equipment performance, track product quality in real-time, and quickly address any issues that arise.

Standardization norms in packaging are also maintained and controlled.

We thrive continuously towards better quality control systems.

We Thrive Continuously Towards Better Quality Control Systems.

  1. Predictive Maintenance: Technology enables the implementation of predictive maintenance systems, which use data analytics and machine learning algorithms to predict equipment failures before they occur. By analyzing historical data on equipment performance and identifying patterns indicative of potential issues, companies can schedule maintenance proactively, minimize downtime, and prevent quality issues stemming from equipment malfunctions.
  2. Supplier Quality Management: Technology facilitates supplier quality management by providing tools for tracking and monitoring the performance of suppliers and vendors. Supplier management software allows companies to assess supplier compliance with quality standards, track incoming materials, and manage supplier relationships effectively. This ensures that raw materials and components meet quality requirements, contributing to the overall quality of the final product.
  3. Document Management Systems: Document management systems (DMS) enable the digitization and organization of quality-related documents, such as standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, specifications, and audit reports. By centralizing document storage and version control, DMS ensures that employees have access to up-to-date information, streamlines document retrieval, and facilitates compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Risk Management Tools: Technology supports risk management in quality control through the use of risk assessment and mitigation tools. Risk management software allows companies to identify potential quality risks, assess their likelihood and impact, and implement risk mitigation strategies. By proactively addressing quality risks, companies can prevent quality issues from occurring and minimize their impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
  5. Real-Time Monitoring and Control Systems: Real-time monitoring and control systems provide continuous visibility into manufacturing processes, allowing companies to monitor key quality parameters in real-time. These systems use sensors, data acquisition systems, and process control software to detect deviations from desired quality targets and implement corrective actions immediately. By maintaining tight control over production processes, companies can ensure consistent product quality and minimize variability.
  6. Statistical Process Control (SPC): Statistical process control software enables companies to monitor and analyze process variation, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve quality. SPC tools use statistical methods such as control charts, histograms, and Pareto analysis to assess process stability and capability, identify sources of variation, and implement process improvements. By applying statistical techniques to quality data, companies can optimize processes and maintain quality standards over time.
  7. Mobile Quality Control Applications: Mobile quality control applications allow quality control inspectors to perform inspections, record data, and access quality-related information directly from mobile devices. These applications streamline inspection processes, eliminate paper-based documentation, and provide real-time access to quality data. By enabling inspectors to capture data at the point of inspection, mobile applications improve data accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness in quality control activities.
